تهــدف الدراســــة إلى معرفــــة أثــــر أســــلوب التوجــــه بالمريض-الزبــــون علــــى تحســــين جــــودة الخــــدمات الصــــحية في المؤسســــات الإستشــــفائية الجزائريــــة ومــــن أجــــل ذلــــك تم إجــــراء دراســــة علــــى مســــتوى أربــــع مؤسســـات إستشـــفائية جزائريـــة، اســـتهدفت عينتـــين همـــ ا: العينـــة الأولى عينـــة مقـــدمي الخـــدمات الصـــحية مـــن أطبــــاء، ممرضــــين وإداريــــين، والعينــــة الثانيــــة وهــــي عينــــة المرضــــى المســــتفيدين مــــن هــــذه الخــــدمات الصــــحية، اتبعـــت الدراســـة المـــنهج الوصـــفي التحليلـــي واســـتخدمت الاســـتبيان كـــأداة للدراســـة، حيـــث شملـــت الدراســـة على فرضيتان صفريتان، وتوصلت إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: - ضعف مستوى التوجه بالمريض-الزبون في المؤسسات الاستشفائية الجزائرية محل الدراسة، يوجـــــد أتثـــــير للتوجـــــه بالمريض-الزبـــــون الســـــلوكي علـــــى تحســـــين جـــــودة الخـــــدمات الصـــــحية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية الجزائرية محل الدراسة، يوجـــد تأثير للتوجـــه بالمريض-الزبـــون الثقـــافي علـــى تحســـين جـــودة الخـــدمات الصـــحية في المؤسســـات الاستشفائية الجزائرية محل الدراسة The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of patient-client orientation on improving the quality of health services in hospitals in Algeria. and For this purpose, a study was conducted on four Algerian hospitals targeting two samples. the first sample, is the sample of health services providers from doctors, nurses and administrators. And The second sample of patients benefiting from these health services. This study implemented the descriptive analytical approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study included two null hypotheses, and reached a number of resultats are: The low level of patient-client orientation in the Algerian hospitals studied. The existence of an effect between the behavioral orientation of the patient-client and the improvement of health services in the Algerian hospitals studied. The existence of an effect between the cultural orientation of the patient-client and the improvement of health services in the Algerian hospitals studied. |
