تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين مهارات الاتصال لدى المدرب و الالتزام التكتيكي بأبعاده الثلاثة ( فهم الدور ، تقبل الدور و أداء الدور ) لدى لاعبي كرة القدم في البطولة الوطنية المحترفة الأولى و الثانية لكرة القدم ، و استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الارتباطي و تكونت العينة من 150 لاعبا . استخدم الباحث اختبار مهارات الاتصال و مقياس الالتزام التكتيكي و توصل إلى : وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مهارات الاتصال للمدرب و فهم الدور التكتيكي . وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مهارات الاتصال للمدرب و تقبل الدور التكتيكي . وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مهارات الاتصال للمدرب و آداء الدور التكتيكي .
The present study aims to identify the relationship between the communication skills of the trainer and the tactical commitment in its three dimensions (understanding the role, accepting the role and performance of the role) among the football players in the professional national championship and the second football. The sample consisted of 150 players. The researcher used the communication skills test and tactical commitment scale and reached: There is a correlation between the communication skills of the instructor and the understanding of the tactical role. There is a correlation between the communication skills of the instructor and the tactical role.
