Relationship of job satisfaction and job performance among
managers of youth and sport sectors -Field study at youth and sport sectors of Biskra- This study aims to detect the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance of institutions managers and establishments in youth and sports sectors by identifying the relationship between the various factors of job satisfaction represented in : First: nature and working conditions, Second: salary and incentives, Third: Supervisory Administration, Fourth: upgrade Opportunities, Fifth: co-workers, sixth: personal and social factors. The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method to keep up with the nature of the study. The sample of the study consisted of (74) managers from the different municipalities of Biskra State, and through the initial questionnaire on job satisfaction, which contains (48) Career managers |
