The objective of the study was to reveal how the dimensions of social intelligence represented by the skill of understanding employees, communicating information, leading, maintaining working relationships and solving problems in managing organizational problems in industrial enterprises. –the Cement and Textile Corporation- in Biskra, by applying a set of strategies consistent with the nature of the problem, defined by: organizational pressures, organizational conflict and organizational loyalty. Therefore, the study sought to highlight the importance of the development and application of social intelligence in the leadership of institutions. In addition, a series of theoretical and applied chapters were discussed in order to answer the problem of the study based on the main question:
How does the leader's knowledge and social capacities contribute to the application of organizational problem-solving methods within institutions in the field of study? |
