| Résumé : | This doctoral thesis deals with the subject of human resources management in the university services sector and its impact on the student’s social service, based on a firm conviction that the management of human resources has a significant impact on the performance of the social service provided to the student consisting in accommodation, catering, transportation, grants, and cultural and sports activities, because we are also aware that the human resource in the present time, has become the real capital for all organizations, regardless of their productive, industrial, commercial or service nature. This importance stems from the fact that the human resource is the focus of every work, because it is he who thinks, who creates, who has the skills and capabilities and who can adapt himself to all situations, unlike machines that are programmed to perform specific tasks no more, no less. |
