spoiledforchoiceandcannotdeterminethemostsuitablesite..Theonly di?erence betweensimilare- commercewebsitesmaybetheirQualityofService (QoS) and,morespeci?cally,itsnon-functionalcharacteristicswhichhavea great in uenceonchoosingthebestalternative.Still itissometimesdi?culttodescribewithprecisionthequalityofservice criteria describingthesee- commercewebsitesbecausethecriteriaaresometimes imprecise andsometimesuncertainandambiguousbecausethequantitative data areinsu?cienttomodelrealsituations.Our workcomestoremedythiskindofproblembypresentingthequalityof service criteriainlinguistictermswhichfacilitatesthevaluationofthevarious criteria bythecustomersandalsotoproposeanMCDMmethodofclassi?cation. Finally,weproposeamulti-criteriaapproachbasedonfuzzylogictoclassify e-commerce websites. |
