This work is a study by numerical simulation of anofheterojunction solar cells based on conductive oxide/Si heterojunction, the proposed cells are: ZnO(n)/Si(p),ITO(n)/Si(p), TiO2(n)/Si(p)by Silvaco-Atlas software.Using host of improvements, we conclude that there is no big difference between the three studied cells. This does not prevent us from concluding thatZnO(n)/buffer/Si(p)solar cell provides best outputs of the solar cellwith: |
