This work is a study by numerical simulation of an organic solar cell with the structure
of the TCO/PCBM/Al generated by SCAPS. The simulation was carried with initial PCBM layer thickness of 100 nm out under standard spectral conditions (AM 1.5G, 1000 W/m^2 . the simulated cell showed an open-circuit voltage () of 0,50 V, a short-circuit currenty density () of . / and a fill factor(FF) of 52.47% , resulting in a power conversion efficiency ()of 1.35 %.These values are in agreement with other works. The increase of the active layer thickness(PCBM) and the using Titanium dioxide (TiO2) as anode and using LiF/Al(3.9eV) as cathode .leads to an increase in the power efficiency to the value of 10.13%. |
