| Résumé : |
This work is a study by numerical simulation of an organic solar cell with bulk heterojunction structure (BHJ) by Silvaco-Atlas software. The active layer is based on blend of poly[2-methoxy-5-(3’,7’-dimethyloctyloxy)-p-phenylene vinylene]- (OC1C10-PPV-) as electron donor and [6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester- (PCBM-) as electron acceptor. The simulation process were performed on a 120 |
