The study deals with the programming of an audit system for regional communities according to the applications of governance, thus assessing the quality of the management of local communities in the field of regional and urban development: • Electronic digital management • Governance of the regional administration • Participatory democracy The study aims to develop a system of urban and regional governance in the framework of emerging institutions (1275) to develop an information system that enables : • Evaluate the performance of regional and local (elected) governments. • Ensure the issuance of a quality certificate from a specialized expert study office that can • Establishing a Governance Audit Office Reflect the reality of the performance of elected officials in the management of urban affairs. in addition, it can form the basis for the development and modernization of electronic administration. This is based on the premise that true quality does not aim at the result, but rather at establishing an applied governance approach that leads to quality management, development, and continuous improvement. In the context of our graduation project, we are proud to introduce an innovative information system called UTA ( Urban Tech Audit ) . This versatile platform is designed to operate seamlessly across all devices, ensuring accessibility and convenience for users. Accompanying the information system is a dedicated Android application, which is continuously updated to reflect real-time changes and evaluations, facilitating ongoing oversight—even beyond standard work hours. This flexibility is complemented by a robust login system, which safeguards the privacy of both the organization and individual users, allowing access strictly through secure email credentials and personalized passcodes. The advantages of the system can be summarized as follows: ✓ Real-Time Updates: UTA provides real-time updates on changes and evaluations, ensuring that users are always informed about the latest developments, which enhances timely decision-making. ✓ Accessibility Across Devices: The software is designed to be compatible with various devices, allowing users to access critical information and functionalities anytime and anywhere, thereby supporting flexible work habits. ✓ Enhanced Privacy and Security: With a secure login system requiring email and password authentication, UTA protects the privacy of both organizations and individual users, ensuring sensitive information remains confidential. ✓ Facilitated Communication: The built-in chat system allows for seamless communication among workers, promoting collaboration, teamwork, and quicker resolution of queries or tasks within the organization. ✓ Direct Support for Technical Issues: The inquiry system enables users to contact programmers directly for assistance with any technical defects, ensuring that any challenges are promptly addressed without significant disruption to operations. ✓ Performance Tracking and Benchmarking: UTA features charts that display local performance metrics and comparative rankings against other institutions, allowing organizations to identify areas of improvement and gauge their competitiveness. ✓ Empowerment of Decision-Makers: By providing access to comprehensive performance data and facilitating communication, the software equips decision- makers with the insights needed to make informed strategic choices. ✓ Support for Urban Governance: UTA contributes to improved urban governance practices by streamlining auditing processes, enhancing transparency, and fostering accountability within organizations tasked with urban management responsibilities. ✓ User-Friendly Interface: The intuitive design of the software ensures that users can navigate easily, reducing the learning curve and enhancing overall user experience. ✓ Promotes Continuous Improvement: With features geared toward regular assessment and feedback, UTA encourages organizations to adopt a culture of continuous improvement, leading to better practices and outcomes in urban management . |
