Through this study, we seek to explore the collection and treatment of Municipal solid waste and their economic and socio-spatial impacts within the urban environment of Biskra city. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including field observations, interviews with key stakeholders, and analysis of municipal data, the research provides a comprehensive overview of Biskar’s waste management practices. where the study investigates the economic potential of solid waste sorting and recycling, proposing them as viable solutions for generating revenue and creating employment opportunities.it also mentions some global examples of solid waste management and their great success. |
